If you are not satisfied with your SlimDoc Pro subscription for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email office@slimdoc.app within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund promptly.

What happens after a refund

Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled and your account will revert to the free plan. You will retain access to all free features. Your documents are unaffected — they live on your device.

Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
