1. Who we are
SlimDoc ("Service") is operated by Strahinja Djuric, an individual based in Serbia ("we", "us", "our"). By using SlimDoc you agree to these terms.
2. What SlimDoc does
SlimDoc is a browser-based document editor. Documents are created and processed entirely on your device. The core editor, PDF export, and templates require no account and are free to use.
3. Accounts
Some features (document sharing, bulk generation) require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at office@slimdoc.app.
4. Pro subscriptions
Paid subscriptions ("Pro") are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Terms and Paddle's Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email office@slimdoc.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Your content
You own everything you create in SlimDoc. Documents are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use the sharing feature. We claim no rights over your content.
7. Shared documents
When you share a document, a read-only copy is stored on our servers and accessible via a public link. Free shares expire after 7 days. Pro shares are retained for up to 1 year. You are responsible for the content you share.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Availability and warranties
SlimDoc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any data loss — please keep local copies of your important documents.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
